What do you need to assess a project?
A product photo, link or drawing; intended market; estimated order quantity; target price if available; packaging needs; and required delivery timing. We will identify missing specifications before approaching factories.
Can you support smaller first orders?
Often, yes. MOQ depends on the product, packaging and level of customisation. We shortlist suppliers against your realistic launch volume and explain where a higher MOQ creates a meaningful cost advantage.
How do you charge?
After reviewing the brief, we propose a clear structure based on the work involved. Fees, deliverables, payment responsibilities and any supplier involvement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Will we know which factory is making the product?
Supplier transparency and ownership of the supplier relationship are agreed at the start. Our written scope records which party contracts with, pays and communicates with each supplier.
Do you guarantee UK or EU compliance?
No sourcing company can replace the legal responsibilities of the manufacturer, importer or distributor. We can coordinate documents, testing and corrective actions so the responsible business can make an informed approval decision.
